No, we do not offer late check out. All guests must be checked out by no later than 10AM. No exceptions. If our cleaning crew arrives and you are still in the house, they will charge us for the trip. Any additional costs we incur due to this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The beach is within walking distance of our home and is about 400 ft to the nearest beach access point on Topsail Arch.
Shades of Summer accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. 3 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 DuoBunk and 1 Trundle.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the house. You can park 5 cars in the driveway. Please note that no RV parking is permitted in Ocean Sands.
Yes! We do have a washer and dryer, which are located on the first floor of the house.
Pets/animals are not permitted at Shades of Summer.
