Advance Reservations for 2019
Book Early and Save, Save, Save! Receive a 10% discount on our 2019 rates and pay ZERO service fees by booking direct through us!
Current year guests have the first option to book the same week for next year. Seasonal rates are subject to shift from year to year but by pre-booking you will receive a 10% discount. To reserve Shades of Summer for the same calendar week, please fill out the “Advance Reservation” form within 3 days of your check out. If you choose not to take advantage of this advance reservation option, your week will be open for reservation by others the Wednesday after your check out.
There is a $200 non-refundable advance reservation fee that must be paid to Shades of Summer within 3 days of making your advance reservation for next year. We will invoice you via PayPal. This fee reserves the house for your week until a Vacation Rental Agreement and invoice for the first half of your rent are sent to you in January. If we do not receive the $200 fee, your reservation will be canceled without notice.
